[wp-pro] Seeking PHP programmers

Hey folks,

I'm building up a list of qualified people to outsource to when my workload
gets a little much for me or requires
things I'm not familiar with. My current programmer is under a heavy
workload now, and therefore I need more people
I can turn to who have room to take on small, time-sensitive projects.
 
After reading the current projects below, please reply with info about your
skills and your current rates.

 - First project (this one's urgent) requires someone who is familiar with
doing MT - WP redirects. 
Either via an MT template or permanent 301 redirects.

 - Also looking for someone who can make tweaks to currently heavily
modified WP themes based on 
the PHP functions that are currently there.

This is meant to be a long-term, trusted relationship. Projects requiring
your services in the future will be quoted out 
to the client with your rate and there is really little room for "I don't
know's". We will eventually be looking to hire additional full time staff,
and want to have a select group of people we've got experience with to
choose from at that point, so if that's a goal of yours as well,
please do send your info and rates.
