Another issue (not really an error):

"These settings apply to this post only. &#8220;Pings&#8221; are <a
href=\"http://codex.wordpress.org/Introduction_to_Blogging#Managing_Comments\"
target=\"_blank\">trackbacks and pingbacks</a>."

...applies to both /wp-admin/post-new.php and /wp-admin/page-new.php.
In the second case, it should say "to this page only" instead of "to
this post only".
