[wp-polyglots] Files for direct translation

Hello all,

@Huda Toriq: thank you for the hint. I've done it now with KDiff3 on 
Linux/KDE3. 

This is far better als "by hand", but I think it is still too complicated and 
errorprone. Couldn't we just put all these strings on a single file?
