[wp-polyglots] design issue

*Hello all !
In wordpress 2.5  when Akismet is activated, the page looks like [1] :
There should be a line separating <br> as in the English version [2]

Could anybody help me to solve this problem ?
p.s i did not alter anything in plugin-editor.php or plugins.php
