[wp-polyglots] Wordpress 2.5 pot file broken?

I`ve been trying to translate the wordpress 2.5 into slovene, but had
no success. The reason being that out of nowhere, the poEdit finds
strange errors in my translations and refuses to save the file. When I
close the .pot file and then try to reopen it, the poEdit says the
file contains error and it cannot be opened. I am using the latest
poEdit software. I downloaded pot file from
http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/pot/trunk/wordpress.pot

What am I doing wrong?
