[wp-polyglots] installaton and importe files are not in .pot

Didn't think of that, but yes, they should i18n'd too, I guess, for
maximum effect.

Also, maybe I missed a post before, but do others notice that some
parts of the dashboard are still un-i18n'd ? The Comments part (the
"on" is not localized), and the Statistics part (the whole "There are
currently 11 posts and 55 comments, contained within 6 categories.").
