[wp-polyglots] start in rosetta [catalan]

Hmm, it's doing the same thing for me, for every one I try. Since it's  
worked for me in the past, it looks like they're just having system  
troubles. I was able to export as PO though, so if you have POEdit or  
the gettext tools installed, you can create your MO manually on your  
local system.
