[wp-forums] And we have another 3.9.1 localization issue

Hello there. Yesterday night and this morning I had an issue to create WP
3.9.1, so I used SVN.

Some people told me this afternoon that, after updating, the system still
ask for updating 3.9.1.

I have just re-created the package, this time using:


   - translate.wordpress.org
   - development (trunk)
   - 27986 (this value is automatic)
   - 3.9.1 (also automatic)

And... version.php says wp_version 3.9 and wp_db_version 27916.

I have tried again using subversion with 27986 and translate.wordpress.org.
Same result always:

$wp_version = '3.9';
$wp_db_version = 27916;

Moving to polyglots.
