[wp-forums] Blocked for Spamming Plugin submissions

Since there's no other way, besides blocking, to stop someone from 
resubmitting the same thing over and over, I've blocked him. If he asks 
why, tell him "Reply to the email from the plugin support team and 
follow their directions."
