[wp-forums] Can't Access WordPress.org (except for Codex)

It seemed highly unlikely though I thought I would ask just in case.

It makes no sense that I can access the Codex... but not anywhere else on
.org.

I tried https but it didn't work.

The message I got is:

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.  If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or
proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

No firewall, no proxy, and I can load everything just fine everywhere else
but not on .org (except Codex).

It isn't a 'server is busy' issue, either, as I can access .org otherwise
and elsewhere.

I'm so puzzled...
