[wp-forums] Something for the 3.9 Master List?

I have responded with a workaround to reinstalling nl_NL though the is_IS issue is still outstanding until an updated package is built by the is_IS translation team.

Please and thanks, could a mod and/or should this be added to WP 3.9 master list https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-39-master-list
