[wp-forums] Is there anything that can be done about malicious reviews

Hello everyone,

I realized recently that a wordpress.org user has targeted my plugins with
malicious reviews. The trail of evidence stems from a trac ticket where the
user was upset that I downgraded his ticket priority to minor.

After this user was rude on the trac ticket, he proceeded to immediately
give 3 of my plugins 1 star and a negative review.

Why this is clearly targeted:

1. The trac ticket is hostile
2. The chances of the same hostile user trying 3 of my plugins the same day
of the trac ticket is not possible.
3. The reviews make no sense, for example he calls them "ugly" yet they use
default WP styles.
4. The use continued to harass me via IRC ( one screenshot
http://i.imgur.com/SWgntHH.jpg ) and post negative comments (also have
screenshots since they have been removed).

I don't care about negative reviews, but this is clearly a case of being
targeted for no valid reason.

Trac ticket this stems from: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/24718
Forum post with references to the reviews:

If you guys could do anything that would be great, thanks.
