[wp-forums] Video Responses

Usually I only make screencasts for posting on Trac, and only short ones. I
can see posting a screencast on the forums if you're the OP and it
illustrates a problem. If you're solving somebody's problem, then it gets
murkier from an accessibility and time-commitment standpoint for the user.
