[wp-forums] moderation of dopple-topple / victor8788

He's a sock puppet of another account who harassed people before :/ for now, leave him blocked. He was told why he was banned before (name calling, telling people their plugins were shitty etc, and generally not being polite). When we told him that, he flipped out moar.
