[wp-forums] Mark Posts As Resolved WHILE REPLYING

Is that supposed to work across all forums? Only I've noticed that the 
new "marks as resolved" checkbox doesn't seem to work for me when 
posting a final followup on the other forums. Not tried on the Plugins 
one yet.
