So basically we're saying "use your best judgement, don't be a hard ass" is what I hear...
I take the ten lines as a suggestion, not a hard and fast rule, and if it's a known good guy posting 20 helpful lines, I leave 'em alone. If its "OMGWTFBBQ?! Here's my whole style sheet!" then I kill it.
