[wp-forums] Support for Premium Themes?

The other reason to send them back to where they purchased the theme, is if
they in fact did NOT.

If they got a free download somewhere of a paid theme and can't get in to
the seller's site (fair enough) then they should not expect free support
for the same theme either.

On the flip side, in the commercial forum where I spend my days now, we
answer a LOT of general WP questions that are not theme related. :) It
creates a lot of goodwill to do so though, to educate the user. The only
time I've sent someone from a paid forum to the wp.org forums is for known
issues or when we've helped as much as we can and it's clear
there's something up with their installation, regardless of theme.

I have gone in and suggested a user go visit the paid forums, even to the
ones where I'm at. Which feels weird, because they often get me again. Just
in a different hat. :D

But their question and answer is then in the right place. :D
