[wp-forums] Long Time Lurker, Few Observations

Not surprised it doesn't work from the tags page, but wondering how
ppl get there. Other than clicking on a tag in the forum. It's only
built do that for the links from extend, not for other links.

The trick is the forum_id=10 on the URL.
