[wp-forums] plugins

I've come to expect no replies from plugins at wordpress.org as mainly 
I'm just passing on information but it's not so good for some issues.

eg.
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-suddenly-disappeared-from-the-repository

As I don't know who is receiving the plugins@ email addresses I don't 
really know where to go to chase these things up.

So how should I proceed, pass to Otto? just post here or ... ?
