No restriction, other than a general high barrier to entry: A responder 
has to learn convoluted wiki markup syntax, which only the rare few 
bother to learn :-)

I know plenty of people that are very familiar with wiki markup and they 
typically won't write wiki-based articles because the markup is a pain 
in the arse. So they write the text and pass it off to people willing to 
endure the markup.
