Yep.  I noticed it was linked to from 
http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network so have fixed the link there 
to the new copy of the page.  It was badly titled before anyway - even 
leaving the + asides, page titles shouldn't reference specific versions 
(unless they are e.g release announcements.)
