Wild. I didn't know about URLGone.com ... probably because I've never  
had a problem with posting what I do online. I mean it's already  
there, and a forum post has never had an adverse effect on my page  
rank or popularity (or lack there of ;) ... ).

That may not be a bad idea, though.  Looking at the site, the fact  
that 'Leave blank for a permanently shortened url!' is the default  
setting makes me bet most folks will cheerfully ignore that and be mad  
at THAT.
