[wp-forums] WP-Advanced Mods Only?

I have a vague memory of that from days gone by, but I've been poking around
in the new bbPress backend and didn't stumble over any sort of option that
looks like that.

I suppose one of us could create a dummy / non-admin account and see if that
forum is indeed mod only.
