[wp-forums] Upgrades to WordPress.org forums

Just two more oddities that I've noticed:

1. In profiles, "Recent Replies" are no longer sorted by most recent reply. They appear to be sorted by only the initial reply. This will cause long-term "project" topics to be buried in our profiles.

2. Topics from over a year ago are no longer closed. I noticed today on a topic from four years ago describing how to get post slugs under a very old version of WP. Someone stopped by today to let them know that they're doing it wrong and proceeded to describe the 3.0 method. Obviously he didn't notice the "4 years" mark.
