[wp-forums] Upgrades to WordPress.org forums

And it looks like we can't mark posts as spam from within the forums either.  We can from within the admin panel, and we can delete things from within the forums, so it's not a major concern.  I'm most concerned about any false positives that Akismet may be catching while we can't get to it.

Thanks again for updates!  I'm liking the subtle improvements so far (deletes and moves stay with the topic rather than returning to the forum section, additions to the profile, etc.).
