Grrr, I HATE bumps. If I see a bump within even half a day of the original
post I'll usually delete it without a second thought.

If they had a bunch of bumps that we'd missed I'll sometimes take a moment
to let 'em know they bumped themselves right out of the "No Replies" queue
that (we hope) some volunteers use to pick up posts that haven't been
addressed yet.
