[wp-forums] Deleting bumps

Sorry for all the questions, I'm still getting used to this moderator  
thing.

Should I delete meaningless bumps?  I would be more inclined to delete  
posts like "BUMP!  SOMEone?" than "Apologies for bumping, can anyone  
help me?", but would both of those need to be deleted?

I was also wondering if anyone had some overall tips for finding spam,  
catching posts that need moderating, etc.
