[wp-forums] A small quibble

I've made it so that plugins posts are put into the "Plugins and  
Hacks" forum by default.  I've also had the forums add the plugin's  
wordpress.org/extend/plugins url to the bottom of the post if the url  
wasn't in there already.

Is there anything else that would be useful?
