[wp-forums] Suggestion for wp.com questions, and one other thing

My assumption is that the forums will remain status quo.  I have some 
perceptions why this is but it's opinion only, so let's not go there.  I figure 
that good as those suggestions are, we won't see any implementation.

Sad.  What could be a marvelous venue is just so-so.
