[wp-forums] Closing / Deleting Threads

(I don't know if this is even an option.)

When closing a "resolved" post, maybe there could be a "Do you have a
similar problem?" link that starts the new post holding the original
post for reference.

One concern that I have is that if all resolved threads are closed,
folks may be discouraged from using the search function, because they
know ahead of time that they will not be able to add details specific
to their dilemma. There's nothing worse than answering the same
question 100 times when it could have easily been solved with a simple
search.
