[wp-forums] tag cloud

That's a great idea too, Les!  How annoying to have them in a block list....

And there's STILL so much wasted space on the page.  Put the tag cloud 
vertically down the left side.... what's horrible about that?  Of course, if 
someone can't figure out how to do that, I suppose it could be problematic....
