[wp-forums] Why the 404's ?

It seems to be something related to file descriptors. I'm working it out 
with the Litespeed devs directly. In the meantime the server that is 
SUPPOSED to host wordpress.org just came online about 20 minutes ago. 
Once the 404 and email problems are sorted out the official announcement 
will go out, but as I'm traveling again it's tough.
