[wp-forums] Lovely job guys !

I wanted to say a huge thanks both to Michael for putting together some 
great code and to Matt for the CSS love and upgrading that the forums 
have had - it looks and works fantastically.
All the changes should make forum administration much easier and quicker 
- no more spam waves like last night.

There have been some moderator changes which I'll go through thoroughly 
and post about later so everyone is aware of what can / cannot be done.
