[wp-docs] WordPress Integration with Social Media

I think that's a bit outside the realm of the codex, actually. Better
suited for blogs and independent tutorials and such, because
documenting that stuff doesn't really fall into the "WordPress"
category, except insofar as modifying themes and using plugins and
such.

Plus, it's a constantly moving target, new functionality is introduced
by Facebook pretty much monthly at this point (and none of it really
works until like 6 months later, at which point there's a giant
privacy outrage over it and they remove or limit it 2 months later).
