[wp-docs] Codex Spam

[Lorelle on WordPress]

I'm hoping this will be resolved faster than a notice on the front of the
Codex will help. If nothing improves in the next couple days, nag me (in the
middle of a huge launch and book writing projects) and I'll put a notice up.
