FYI: The Table of Contents issue is specifically a problem for those who are
logged in, not normal visitors. The third column is hidden by those not
logged in. I'm trying to get it moved to the left column, where it was
during the first few years of the Codex. Please do not style things or move
content around to take the TOC into consideration. This will be moved if I
have to dig in and yank it over myself soon. :D

The squished in area of the content when editing is extremely painful and
we're trying to get that remedied. Again, DO NOT STYLE THINGS with the TOC
in mind. We'll fix it.

Thanks for all that you are doing and for helping everyone understand how
this all works and what the core elements need to be, as well as our
options.
