It's been bugging me for some time that the front page of the codex 
links to a bunch of lists of other links.

It _really_ annoys me that two items on the front page, one right under 
the other, link to the same list!
Advanced_Topics links to:

Advanced_Techniques links to
http://codex.wordpress.org/Advanced_Topics#WordPress_Advanced_Techniques

It's the same damned content!!

I'm not in a position to re-categorize anything right now.  Is there 
anything someone can do to minimize this kind of duplication?
