[wp-docs] Visual anatomy of a theme

I made a quick and dirty (=lots of tables) visual representation of
the "theme anatomy". I thought there might be others too, like myself:
in need of a visual aid to understand better how things work
together...
If anyone can use it, feel free to do so. If you have suggestions how
to make it better, you are welcome.
