[wp-docs] What once was Desigining for Contests

This seems like [[Theme Development]]'s brother, or sister.

While the pages are entirely different, they address different parts
of the same question.

I would think that Lorelle's page could be called [[Designing Themes]]
and the [[Theme Development]] page could be rolled in, or vice-versa.

With a lot of articles, the size of the articles is getting really
really long -- too long to hold the reader's attention.

What about splitting these articles, with the parent article and
subpages of the parent, with the rext from the different sections in
the article? We could have ""next page >>" and "previous page" links
on the articles and thus provide continuity, and keep the reader's
attention and interest.

Please voice opinions.

This could help starting with Lorelle's page here.

Carthik.
