This brings up a point regarding length of time to ban someone. I assume that 
there is a setting somewhere in MediaWiki where the amount of time available to 
ban someone can be changed. I don't think that 24 hours is long enough for cases 
like this. Nice to see that he was autobanned via his IP address when he tried 
to vandalise under another user ID.
