[buddypress-dev] Still Having Problems With Profile Pictures

I'm reviewing David's setup this morning and will hopefully put an end  
to these permission errors. I believe Cass' errors below were because  
the 'no avatar' image was deleted. I'm going to disable this  
functionality.
