 Also, buried in one of those patches in
 http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/11881 is the proposed fix for this.
 In addition to defining ABSPATH, WPINC and WP_CONTENT_DIR, we'd also need
 to define WP_DEBUG as false. Simple enough.
