Comment:

 For as far I can see this problem is caused by not checking filelength. If
 all translation files ( the main ones ) are of same length then the
 continent-cities files should not be listed in the first place.

 The patches fixes this in the way that the interface singles longer
 filenames out now.

 ( Please note; this is my first attempt to add a fix to a trac system -
 sorry if I messed up )
