 Duplicate MIME headers are being sent in account activation emails, which
 can cause some spam filters to flag them. For more details, see
 [http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic/12525 this forum thread] where
 Ovidiu identified the problem.

 You can fix this by removing the extra MIME headers from wpmu-
 functions.php.
