 Updated the parameters passed along with the filters:

 "wpmu_signup_user_notification_email" and
 "wpmu_signup_blog_notification_email" so they are the same. I've also
 added a third parameter $key containing the activation key so it's easier
 to manipulate the actual activation URL without needing to parse it.
