Is there documentation somewhere that explains how to use the "ext2type"
filter? Googling reveals plenty of references to the wp_ext2type in /wp-
includes/functions.php and a comment or two about modifying filter, but I
can't see where the filter lives (this would be my first foray into the
 world of WordPress filters.)
