Comment:

 This happened with options.php too and a fix was to test for a key of "0".
 I've added that test to [1973] but since  can't replicate it here I can't
 fix the underlying cause.

 If it happens to you, try dumping $_POST to an error log and debugging the
 "updateblog" section of wpmu-edit.php, please!
