 I don't understand what you're referring to. Do you mean that a visitor
 who visits http://babytuition.com/blogs/jennifers-baby-blog is redirected
 with a 302 to http://babytuition.com/blogs/jennifers-baby-blog/ (with an
 ending slash?)

 302 is how WordPress does redirects normally.
