 Hello, Where do I add this filter to? What file?

 I'm having the wp-signup.php blank page problem only with one of my
 themes.  It works on all other themes.

 I copied all the extra template files from bp-sn-parent to my new theme's
 folder.

 Do I add this in functions.php somewhere?

 This might be a bug to fix for next release!
