 I've found that in WPMU installation manual
 http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WPMU  and readme too, in Apache
 configuration section is missed "Options Indexes FollowSymLinks" option.
 Now required option is only "AllowOverride FileInfo Options".

 I had problem with permalinks in sub-directory installation, by clicking
 on "Hello World" post there was 404 Error or post was not displayed at
 all.
